By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Growthion Sports Nutrition (referred to as "Growthion," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Use & Fitness Disclaimer

Our pre-workouts and micronized creatine are high-performance formulas meant for healthy adults over the age of 18. They are formulated for intense athletic training.

3. Genuine Product Verification & Security

To combat counterfeit products, each Growthion tub features a unique QR verification code. You agree to purchase only through our authorized platform or authorized retailers. Verification codes are single-use, and any attempt to duplicate or forge product authentication keys will lead to immediate cancellation of your customer account and potential legal reports.

4. Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. Prices for our pre-workouts and creatine are subject to change without notice. All payments must be completed in full at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, complete purchase and billing details.

5. Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping across India takes approximately 2-5 business days. Due to the consumable nature of our sports nutrition formulations, Growthion maintains a strict No Refunds and No Returns Policy once items have shipped. Shipping damage or order inaccuracies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at support@growthion.in for a replacement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
