By enforcing a absolute no-return standard, we ensure that **no returned supplement ever re-enters our distribution chain**. This guarantees that every single Growthion scoop you buy is 100% pure, unadulterated, and directly from our laboratory.

Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Shipments

In the extremely rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, has a broken factory neck seal, or is not the product you ordered:

1. Contact Support: Email our customer support division at support@growthion.in within **24 hours** of receiving your package.

2. Provide Evidence: Attach high-resolution photographic and video evidence of the unopened box, the product's invoice, and the exact defect (e.g. broken lid, torn seal).

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be processed **before** the item has been shipped from our packaging facility. Once an order has been prepared and collected by our logistics partners, it enters our strict shipping stream and cannot be recalled, refunded, or canceled.
